Trauma and the gut – what does testing show us?

Anastasia is a registered nutritional therapist that specializes in nutrition and its role in mental health and neuroscience. After completing her training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, she went on to work for the NGO, Food for the Brain, and the Brain Bio Centre, a renowned integrative health clinic specializing in brain health and mental wellbeing. Anastasia is passionate about the integrative health approach and is currently on her journey to becoming a certified functional medicine practitioner. she enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge in nutritional therapy and providing educational support to other practitioners. In her private practice, she helps empower people with the tools to take their mental health into their own hands, and has been working for a number of years with clients suffering from a wide range of psychiatric conditions, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
