    Transform Belonging founder Lauren Lofton's areas of expertise include professional identity formation, navigating imposter syndrome, decolonizing work spaces via thought work, and analysis via an intersectional and specifically anti-racist lens. In addition to organizational services, Lauren (they/them pronouns) offers one-to-one coaching services for individuals designed to guide you through developing an intentional relationship to work and your career. They teach concrete wayfinding skills to navigate centering joy in our lives rather than centering our lives around work.


    Lauren is a certified mediator and restorative and transformative justice practitioner as well as an organizational effectiveness coach and consultant. They are a person, living with complex-PTSD, who supports others to reimagine their relationships to wellbeing at work. Lauren centers wellness practices in all of their work. Lauren's lived experience as a bi-racial/mixed Black/white, queer, non-binary person in a non-normative body and a survivor of violence informs also their work. Lauren believes deeply that the personal is political and that we do not need nor should we be forced to fragment our identities to find belonging in our communities and at work.
