Marie Fleming

Marie became ill in 2010 during her highly demanding career as a Child Protection Lawyer and was diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2013. She experienced years of constantly pushing herself, juggling the demands of being a single parent and working in a stressful environment, along with facing some particularly challenging life events. Eventually, Marie was forced to stop, re-evaluate and finally prioritise her health. Her recovery journey began after discovering the Optimum Health Clinic, at which she learnt how to make a deep and lasting transformation in not only her health, but her entire life. As a result, Marie completely fell in love with the Clinic’s work and mission, and ended up training as a Psychology Practitioner on the Clinic’s training programme. She then went on to join the Clinic’s Psychology Team which she is delighted to be a part of! Marie’s absolute passion is to assist others to make their own recovery and transformation, so that they, too, can go on to lead healthy, vibrant and deeply fulfilled lives.
