Cancellation Policy

Below is the list of steps to cancel your membership or subscription.

1. Send an email to [email protected] and explicitly request that your membership/subscription is to be canceled.

2. Please make sure to include the name and email address that you signed up with, followed by the name of the product you purchased – for example, Anxiety Super Conference, Trauma Super Conference or a Conscious Life Membership.

Note: Refunds of single conference purchases, or your first year’s subscription payment, are available up to 30 days after the date that the payment is received.

The annual membership fee will be automatically charged and the subscription will be renewed a year from the day you first began the annual membership. You may cancel at any point during your subscription and still have access to Conscious Life content through the time you have already paid for. For example, if your annual membership begins on the 14th January 2023, you will still have access to Conscious Life content through to the 14th January 2024 of the following year. Refunds and reversals of that year’s membership are only available in the first 48 hours after the renewal fee has been charged.
