Jeffrey Jessum, PhD is a clinical psychologist who has been in private practice for 20 years.
His focus has been on helping individuals, couples and communities cultivate optimal interpersonal dynamics. He utilizes a wide variety of approaches such as integral theory, systems theory, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, somatic therapy, breathwork, intersubjective approaches, relational therapies, conflict resolution interventions and mediation, developmental analysis, as well as shadow work and other dynamic approaches.
Dr. Jessum does speaking engagements and workshops on topics relating to mental, emotional and relational health, meditation and spiritual growth. He is also the co-founder of Social Detective Academy, an organization that helps cultivate social and emotional abilities in youth.
He is the author of the book “Diary of a Social Detective –Real-life tales of mystery, intrigue and interpersonal adventure”, which helps kids to cultivate better interpersonal skills.
