Using gentle flowing movement, mantra and breath-work, a yoga practice with Fiona releases knots and held patterns – creating space so that energy can move more effectively.

In this way vitality, well-being and a deep sense of peace arise, whilst the student is guided towards the silent presence of their true nature.
Fiona teaches in the Krishnamacharya Tradition and is accredited as an advanced teacher by the British Wheel of Yoga. She is the author of Beat Fatigue with Yoga and Endless Energy.

Fiona has spent much time studying yoga in India, including the Yoga Sutras under TKV Desikachar. Fiona also teaches yoga therapy 1-2-1 and she is currently working on a new book: Yoga Therapy for Stress, Exhaustion and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which will be published by Singing Dragon in 2017. Fiona has set up training courses on stress, burn-out and ME through Yoga Campus and the British Wheel of Yoga. Her mentor is Gill Lloyd and she also studies with the teacher Adyashanti. She runs regular retreats at Cortijo Romero in Spain.

Yoga is about helping us to realise our true nature which is peaceful and happy.
