An important belief in the yogic system is an understanding of the ‘five elements’.

Harnessing the various qualities of fire, water, earth, air and space, and understanding their role, is the key to a balanced life. With this in mind, the Life Centre’s Emily-Clare Hill has developed a series of vinyasa flow classes that cultivate various elements within our lives, allowing us to find equilibrium.
